Q: How do I contact a trip leader?

A: Send your question or request to info.affc@gmail.com. Your email will be forwarded to the trip leader.

Q: What should I do if my email address changes?

A: Send your new email address to info.affc@gmail.com. Your new address will be forwarded to the membership officers.

Q: What do I do if I am not receiving the club newsletter?

A: 1. Make sure you have given your up-to-date email address when you joined the club or renewed your membership. 2. Check your spam or junk folder. 3. Send an email to info.affc@gmail.com requesting verification of your membership status. 4. DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE.

Q: What do I do if I am not receiving Yahoo Groups email?

A: When you join AFFC, you are sent an invitation email via Yahoo Groups.  You need to accept our invitation and create a yahoo account. Check your spam or junk folder if you have not received an invitation.

Q:How do I renew my membership?

A: You can renew your membership in three ways.
1) Join/renew on this website using PayPal. 2) Print the membership application and bring it to our monthly club meeting with your payment. 3) Print the membership application and mail it with your check to:

A: Email your message to:

The Yahoo groups communication is moderated and your message must be approved by a club officer before it is sent out.
